Incident Problem Change Management Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for change and problem / incident management including:

  • Development, Implementation, Monitoring, Administration of processes, procedures and events
  • Using ITIL framework

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and enforce problem management processes
  • Facilitate and lead problem management and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Assess performance of delivered services against service level agreements
  • Ensure Enterprise Change Management process and procedures are maintained
  • Chair the daily Change Management meetings


  • Bachelor s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience working within the ITIL framework
