Network Consulting Engineer (Hybrid)

The Network Consulting Engineer is a client focused position with technical subject matter expertise that includes Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, server & desktop virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and administration of switch, routing, wireless and firewall networking including Cisco, HP, Meraki, Sonicwall, Ruckus, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Barracuda.
• Planning, implementation, and management of Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMware vSphere environments
• Planning, migration, implementation, and management of Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services/DFS, IIS, and Group Policy Objects/Hardening
• Planning and implement of end-user virtual solutions including Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Azure Virtual Desktop, and VMware Horizon View
• Disaster Recovery and replication technologies.
• Implementation and administration of Microsoft Enterprise Management Tools such as Intune, SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, and VMWare vSphere.
• Implementation and administration of Enterprise Storage include DELL/EMC, HP, Microsoft, and VMware Software Defined Storage.
• Planning, and implement of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Planning, implementation, and management of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Services, Platform as a Service and Virtual Networking solutions.

Background profile:

• Experience 7+ years networking experience as primary responsibility.
• Associate s or bachelor s degree in related field preferred
• Certifications: Microsoft Azure, O365, VMware, Storage, Networking. Cisco.
• Technical assessment must be passed.
