Summary:

Provide technical support to distributors and customers; train distributors on new and existing products, and create and update product literature.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to distributors and end users by assisting in equipment sizing, answering technical questions and providing layouts / drawings as needed
  • Assist in training of distribution channels on new and existing products
  • Provide system troubleshooting support to Service Department
  • Update Operations Manuals and Sales Literature as products are developed or evolve

Qualifications:

  • Associate s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SolidWorks (required), Traverse (ideal)
  • Must possess a valid driver s license
  • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally; travel includes both one day and overnight trips
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of different manufacturing processes and materials
  • Proven ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings and technical instructions or manuals
  • Must be able to work beyond normal or scheduled work hours as needed
