FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
In this role you will be responsible for Point of Sale (POS) supported software, applications, processes, installation, and training.
- Administer and configure firewall settings.
- Implement and monitor POS system and data security.
- Assist with set of store servers, applications and processes needed to bring the store live.
- Log and document all supportive requests in service tickets and ensure tickets are meeting SLA's.
- Install operating systems, software, patches, upgrades and hardware (servers, PC's, switches and routers).
- Troubleshoot escalation calls.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the POS industry.
- 2+ years' experience
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- 75% travel
