HELP DESK ANALYST
In this role you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving Point-of-Sale hardware and software problems via telephone and remote connection.
- Troubleshoot POS systems hardware and software.
- Responds and resolves support calls from customers across the U.S.
- Follows up on open tickets and ongoing issues in the call queue.
- Meet assigned targets for daily/weekly call resolutions.
- 1+ year working knowledge of PC components, network connectivity.
- Experience with Windows servers, Windows XP and up is a plus.
- Experience with Windows 7 & 10.
- Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
