In this role you will be responsible for providing support to internal end users over the phone, via email and in-person.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot computers, printers and other corporate devices
- Manage Active Directory, Exchange, along with various applications
- Provide excellent internal customer service
MUST have:
- Associates Degree
- 2+ years of professional IT support experience
- Experience working with Windows systems
