UC Engineer, Level II

Direct, Full-Time position


  • Responsible for incident resolution across large customer base
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Troubleshoot incidents in the following technologies:
    • Cisco Unified Communications Manager 9.x and above
    • Cisco Unity Connection
    • Cisco IM&P
    • Cisco Voice Gateways
    • Cisco Unified Contact Center
    • VMWare 5.x and above

MUST have:

  • 5 years' Unified Communications experience
  • Strong technical, client and customer relation skills
  • ITIL and ITSM knowledge
