Desktop Support

Direct, full-time

This position is required to be onsite in Rome, NY. Secret security clearance required

Responsibilities:

  • PC Deployment
  • Configuration, Maintenance and troubleshooting for Information Systems, peripherals, communication devices and various operating systems.
  • Software Installation
  • Provide O/S support for both MAC and PC systems.
  • Create/Maintain User Accounts

MUST have:

  • Minimum of an A+ Certification.
  • Secret Clearance - we can work with individuals to acquire a clearance, but employment will not start until clearance is granted.
