IT Systems Operations Analyst

Direct Hire

This is a hybrid/remote position for candidates living in NY, NJ, or PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for applying core financial systems updates to include AIX, Episys, and FICS system releases.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all technical processing on Episys, FICS and other core financial systems.
Consults directly with the IT Operations Manager to resolve quality, production, and data accuracy issues in a timely fashion.

MUST HAVE:

High school degree with an associate degree in Information Systems Operations/Computer Science preferred.
Must have at least three (3) years experience working within financial service industry in direct support of a core financial platform as a system operator, administrator, or similar.
Must have proficient operational knowledge of core financial systems such as Episys, FICS, imaging systems, and their base operating systems.
Advanced computer and math skills, adherence to confidentiality, detail-oriented.
