In this role you’ll be responsible for:

• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including clinicians, IT personnel, and Epic application coordinators, to ensure that the system is used correctly, efficiently, and effectively to meet the needs of the organization.
• Develop relationships, trust, and credibility both internally and externally to successfully manage multiple demands.
• Provide support for Epic applications, ability to perform break-fix, enhancements, project work, and ticket support.
• Assist with translation of end-user workflow-based report requests to specific data points required for report development.
• Train clinical and non-clinical staff on the use of the system within their roles, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot Epic electronic medical records, practice management, and dental issues with templates, stored procedures, interfaces, and documents.
• Coordinate issue resolution to include corrective action, after action events, and provide change recommendations as needed.
• Identify vulnerabilities, need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement, inclusive of disaster recovery plan.
• Promote increased efficiency with system processes and functionality by collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Epic system.
• Auditing to ensure integrity and maintenance of patient data to ensure confidentiality, security, and retention of key data.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Epic experience

Salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 and will be based on a candidates skills professional ecperience.
