Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (React/C# .Net)

Location: Remote (Must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours)

Industry: Transportation Fleet Management

Job Type: Full-Time Contract

We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Developers specializing in React and C# .Net to join our dynamic team. This role supports a client in the Transportation Fleet industry, involving direct collaboration with the client's IT team on a variety of innovative projects. This position requires the candidate to work remotely. The candidate must be available during Eastern Time business hours and capable of managing time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end solutions using React and C# .Net.
  • Build and maintain scalable and efficient microservices, and develop RESTful APIs to integrate with various client applications.
  • Manage asynchronous coding, dependency injection, generics, multi-threading, and event-driven programming tasks.
  • Create and enhance user interfaces, prioritizing usability and visual appeal. Experience with UX design will be considered a plus.
  • Work independently on multiple concurrent projects, including special projects, new portals, and new services as directed by the client’s IT manager.
  • Collaborate closely with an established development team, maintaining clear and effective communication at all times.
  • Develop SQL queries and routines for data manipulation and retrieval using MS SQL Server.
  • Ensure compliance with business logic and detailed rules as required by the client.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in React and C# .Net development with a strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks (NextJS, Node, Vue, Angular).
  • Strong experience with MS SQL Server and ability to develop complex SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with OAuth and security practices related to application development.
  • Knowledge of design patterns such as asynchronous coding, dependency injection, generics, multi-threading, and event-driven patterns.
  • Proven ability to handle detailed logic and complex business rules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on a variety of parallel projects.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems like PeopleSoft and fleet management systems like Trimble.
  • Previous experience in the Transportation Fleet industry or similar domains.
  • UX design experience.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development with significant exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies.
