Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft servers in a virtual environment, as well as VMware, Nutanix, and Citrix systems.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity tools and ensure patching compliance.
- Manage phone systems and backups, using tools like Commvault and Veeam.
- Monitor server and network health, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any service-level issues.
- Administer core infrastructure components such as Domain Controllers, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring projects are completed on time and documented properly.
- Contribute to IT strategic planning, focusing on growth and scalability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of changes, updates, and processes.
- Provide escalation support and assist in troubleshooting outside of regular duties.
Experience
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, server, and network management.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools, patch management, and monitoring solutions.
Education
- Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
