IT Infastructure Manager

ONSITE. Direct Hire.

• Responsible for IT infrastructure operations, security activities, networking, database, hardware and software support, and IT help desk oversight
• Will manage small IT staff as well as help with hands on activities if needed
• Supervise day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement
• Oversee strategic relationships with vendors and partner organizations
• Oversee IT policies and procedures, including security, disaster recovery, and purchasing
• Direct planning and implementation of enterprise IT Infrastructure systems to improve cost effectiveness and service quality
• Drive IT strategy to simplify current infrastructure and support business initiatives
• Develop strategies to enhance services, improve user effectiveness, and optimize critical business systems
• Deploy, monitor, maintain, and support all systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, and peripherals
• Provide guidance and support during systems upgrades and installations
• Prepare and administer IT budgets and forecasts

Background Profile:

• Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Broad understanding of current technology landscape
• Knowledge of Office 365 Administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure

The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.
