Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain computer systems, networks, enterprise software, and security systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Follow established escalation workflows to resolve critical issues promptly.
- Deploy and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft environments and networking solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools and applications.
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure solutions and PC software products.
Annual salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience and skill level.
