Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all information systems, including ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, corporate websites, and telecommunication systems.
- Lead the ongoing transition to a new ERP platform, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and development.
- Work with other departments to assess their technology needs and plan for future enhancements.
- Develop and maintain an IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Document critical information flows and processes within the organization.
- Ensure IT infrastructure, including security, hardware, and networking, is up-to-date and effective.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Experience
- Over 5 years of experience managing IT teams.
- Familiarity with programming languages like .NET, C#, and SQL is beneficial but not required.
Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 depending on skill and professional experience.
