Network Manager (Onsite)

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure across the United States.

Responsibilities:

Network Security:

• Implement and manage robust security measures to protect the network from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
• Monitor network tra c for suspicious activity and promptly respond to security incidents.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies to continually improve network security.

Network Operations:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, rewalls, and other network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Perform regular network performance analysis and optimization.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of network professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of reliable network services.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend cost-e ective networking solutions for the organization.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, con gurations, and policies.
• Generate regular reports on network performance, security, and capacity.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:

• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to network infrastructure.
• Ensure the organization's ability to recover from network-related disruptions.

Compliance & Policies:

• Ensure network compliance with NIST Standards and PCI-DSS compliance.
• Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.

MUST have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in network management and administration.
• Industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and best practices.
• Experience with SASE firewall design, management, and implementation.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
