Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the company’s ERP system to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct full-cycle process engineering, including time studies and addressing bottlenecks.
- Implement and improve safety practices, process optimizations, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain ISO-compliant written procedures.
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to drive process improvements.
- Represent the company professionally, reflecting its values of quality, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
- Apply lean manufacturing and electronics assembly methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to packaging and packing design and optimization.
- Address static control (static electricity) issues and implement preventative measures.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in full-cycle process engineering, including time studies and process optimization.
- Experience in an ISO-compliant manufacturing environment.
- Background in electronics or automotive manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of electronic design methodologies and static control measures.
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership qualities are a significant plus but not required.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations.
