- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, data security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
