Job Overview:
We are searching for a motivated and creative Senior .NET Developer to join our client’s growing team. You will develop custom software applications and services designed to manage government office records across the Northeast. This includes record management, indexing and imaging. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies.
- Modernize existing systems and applications to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Work with both Oracle and similar database systems to build data-driven applications.
- Deploy and manage applications in both on-premises environments and in the cloud, especially using Microsoft Azure.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that aligns with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional programming experience using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET).
- Experience working with Oracle or similar relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Strong desire and experience in modernizing legacy systems and improving efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to create user-friendly, customer-centric solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with customers.
