This is a 100% remote opportunity for New York State residents only.
You're going to help build the next generation of this Java platform and offer Team Lead skills to a software development team.
You will use your Java experience and expertise to advise the team and decision-makers on best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Expert Experience with API software development using Java, Spring Boot and REST.
Good Experience with microservice design.
Good Experience with Kafka messaging system.
Good Experience with authentication systems (JWT).
Experience with container-based development and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline and Azure Dev Ops.
Experience with performance testing and scaling.
Experience with Azure PaaS.
Experience with database development using SQL Server.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum.
Preferred knowledge of real-time location tracking and transportation management.
5+ years of experience in software development required.
