Server and Network Infrastructure Engineer (On-site)

• Setup, maintain, and replace network hardware, including switches, routers.
• Manage wireless network and configure wireless access points 
• Manage Windows updates, assist with Exchange  Management console 
• Maintain all system backups 
• Manage file share permissions and network file share servers 
• Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and execution 
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and remediate hardware/system related issues 
• Provide first and second level support to users 
• Provide off-hours support on a rotating basis as needed 

• Familiar with cyber security best practices and industry-standard tools 
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy 
• Knowledge of Exchange (both 365 and On Prem) and Office 365 products 
• Experience with Layer 3 network Switching 
• Experience with configuration of routers, IPSec Tunnels, and VPN 
• Experience with Microsoft Server configuration and maintenance 
• Experience with Windows desktop imaging, configuration, and support 

• Cyber Security-related certifications (highly desirable) 
• Network+, CCNA or equivalent. 
• Experience programming in PowerShell or C# 
• Experience with Office 365 
• Experience with MSSQL 
• Experience with Virtual Server configuration with Hyper-V 
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and connectivity 
• Experience with phone system configuration and maintenance 

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
