Sr. Network Architect
This is a hybrid position located in Syracuse, NY.
Must be US Citizen or permanent resident to be considered. No C2C.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Decomposing system level requirements to lower-level system elements and performing functional analysis.
Participating in the planning, system design, integration, and testing of network technologies that support our systems.
Participating in processor and switch selections.
Collaborating across multiple disciplines to provide an exceptional product and customer experience.
Demonstrating expertise in Software/Operating System Configuration, Network Design/Configuration and Troubleshooting.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
CCNA or CCNP preferred (wireless concentration is a bonus).
5+ years of engineering experience.3+ years of network design experience.
Understanding of software languages, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings network specific artifacts.
Experience with Cisco, Dell, and PoE (MOXA, Omnitron) devices, and network communications protocols and Network Security.
Experience with design and configuration of AeroMACS wireless broadband equipment and WiMAX communications standard is preferred.
The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - 105,000
Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level.
