Requirements
  • Proficiency with a range of hardware from various vendors, including those specializing in networking solutions and storage systems.
  • Solid understanding of both Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies, as well as familiarity with application-level protocols such as SNMP, Telnet, FTP, HTTP/S, DHCP, DNS, 802.1x, and IPSec.
  • Experience working with cloud-based productivity and collaboration suites, particularly within a large-scale organizational setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with security and surveillance systems, including electronic access control and networked camera setups.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools; capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of physical networking equipment and industry best practices for installation and configuration.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply technical manuals and procedural documents.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed, with a rapid response requirement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of experience in supporting enterprise-level networks and handling large-scale network operations.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience gained through military service or specialized training in these areas.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
