Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technology Business Development Rep. to drive outreach and sales efforts across the region. This role is focused on building connections, understanding client needs, and delivering innovative IT and cybersecurity solutions tailored for manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with manufacturing businesses, setting up meetings with IT professionals.
- Client Outreach: Visit client sites, engage with IT managers, and gather insights into the challenges manufacturers face in IT and cybersecurity.
- Sales Ownership: Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to qualifying leads and presenting the value of our solutions.
- Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, fostering genuine connections and helping them achieve their security and innovation goals.
- Closing Deals: Secure new business and build a foundation for future career growth within the organization.

- Outgoing and Personable: Enjoys meeting new people and thrives on face-to-face interactions, including cold calling.
- On-the-Go: Comfortable traveling extensively to visit clients and prospects in the region.
- Self-Motivated: Can independently manage their schedule and stay driven, even when challenges arise.
- Tech-Inclined: Either has a background in technology and cybersecurity or is eager to learn and adapt quickly to technical conversations.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous sales or business development experience is preferred but not required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.

Compensation $72,000–$115,000 (On Target Earnings) depending on experience
